Math
We learned about time again today. The students learned about quarter past, half past, and quarter to. I showed them that when the long hand is on the 6 it can be called half past, when the long hand is on the 3 it would be quarter past, and when the long hand is on the 9 it would be quarter to.  I wrote different times on our clock on the board and asked students to tell me the time. Then I asked students the other ways I could say the time. After we played a game called guess the time. Three students drew a clock on a white piece of paper and put a time on it. The class had to go around and find out what time it was. The person who got the most times right  got 3 stickers!!! On the board I  had a bonus clock where students had to say the correct time and write it on the board as well. Whoever did that first would got 2 stickers! The students had a lot of fun!!
